AIP Friendly Maple Ginger Garlic Marinade

If you are looking for a delicious marinade for your fall roasts and end of summer BBQ’s you have come to the right place! Not only is this marinade delicious, but it is also Auto Immune Protocol AIP compliant! It works great with chicken, pork, and even beef!


Garlic Ginger Maple Marinade


1-2 inches of fresh ginger root (varies on how gingery you want your marinade)

¼ cup pure maple syrup

¼ cup Coconut Aminos

2 teaspoons of minced garlic


Cooking tools:

Food Processor (Or blender)


Pan (to cook down marinade)

Veggie Peeler



First, peel the ginger skin away then slice the ginger into smaller pieces.
Then throw the cut ginger into the food processor as well as the rest of the ingredients.
Pulse until the ginger is completely broken down and incorporated in the marinade.

Now you can store the marinade for a couple days or use it right away! I recommend marinating any meat for at least one hour, but the longer you marinate your protein of choice the better the result!
